Is Recoverity a collection agency?
No. Recoverity is an independent and unbiased review platform. We will not attempt to collect these funds ourselves. For more information see our About page.
What is eligible to be worked by a collector?
Any business that has provided a service or a product under contract to another business or individual and has not received compensation for said product/service.
Will my company’s information be shared on reviews or during the bidding process?
No. You and your firm will remain anonymous throughout the bidding or commenting process. Upon the final selection of a bid the firm you chose will be contacting you.
Am I obligated to use the agency that I select?
Upon selecting an agency from the bids provided by Recoverity you have agreed to allow this agency to contact you regarding enrollment. The dollar amount of debt passed to this agency is at your discretion. By completing the request for a bid you are agreeing to receive bids from various agencies through the Recoverity platform. You will not be contacted by agencies that you do not choose.
Can I choose multiple agencies?
Absolutely. Please make sure during the final selection process that you inform your Recoverity representative that you would like to choose more than one agency.
Do I need to purchase a subscription to use Recoverity?
No. All services are free to creditors. Read full reviews, share your experience or request a bid for no charge.
How do I select the best agency for my debt?
That is question that started this service. We know it’s not easy. Start with a free comparison, skim our reviews and arm yourself with the knowledge to make an informed decision.
Do I go under contract with Recoverity once I select a bid?
No. We are simply making the introduction and once you select a firm they will contact you.
What is the differences between a contingency collector and a non-contingency collector?
Put simply, a contingency collector is only paid by the creditor/business owner once the company successfully recovers all or a portion of the unpaid funds.
What is a debt buyer?
An Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) firm that purchases delinquent or charged-off debts from a creditor for a discounted amount off face value, sometimes only pennies on the dollar. Upon purchase the buyer takes full ownership of the charged-off debt.
How can I improve my rating?
To begin, make sure that we have complete information on your firm. The power of our platform is in the hands our users and your current clients. By asking your past clients to provide us with a quick testimonial (comment) on your Recoverity review page you can drastically impact your score. The entire review takes under 2 min.
What are the benefits of joining the Recoverity network?
Find your next client with ease either through visitor traffic on our review pages or thru our bidding system. Get your name out there and see how we can help your accounts receivable management firm grow.
What is the charge for enrolling a creditor?
Please see our pricing page.
What are the fees associated with joining the Recoverity network?
None. Once you join, we create a profile page with the information you have provided us and begin marketing your agency through multiple marketing channels.
Are reviews mandatory?
Yes. Reviews help prospective creditors separate you from the competition. User reviews are the backbone of our platform.
Can I pay to have a better rating?
Sorry. At our core we are an unbiased service geared at helping creditors find the best agency.
Does Recoverity offer advertising packages?
Not at this time.
Will I still be charged if the creditor doesn’t go under contract with my agency after accepting my bid?
No.
