Do I need to purchase a subscription to use Recoverity?
No. All services are free to businesses. Get quotes from our debt collection partners, read reviews or just get advice from our advisors for free.
Is Recoverity a collection agency?
No. Recoverity is an independent and unbiased marketplace. We will not attempt to collect these funds ourselves. For more information see our company page.
Will my company’s information be shared on reviews or during the selection process?
No. You and your firm will remain anonymous throughout the selection process. Upon selection of a quote the agency you chose will be contacting you.
What is eligible to be worked by a collector?
Any business that has provided a service or a product under contract to another business or individual and has not received compensation for said product/service.

No. You and your firm will remain anonymous throughout the bidding or commenting process. Upon the final selection of a bid the firm you chose will be contacting you.
Am I obligated to use the agency that I select?
Upon selecting an agency from the bids provided by Recoverity you have agreed to allow this agency to contact you regarding enrollment. The dollar amount of debt passed to this agency is at your discretion. By completing the request for a bid you are agreeing to receive bids from various agencies through the Recoverity platform. You will not be contacted by agencies that you do not choose.
Can I choose multiple agencies?
Absolutely. Please make sure during the final selection process that you inform your Recoverity representative that you would like to choose more than one agency.
How do I select the best agency for my debt?

Do I go under contract with Recoverity once I select a bid?
No. We are simply making the introduction and once you select a firm they will contact you.
What is the differences between a contingency collector and a non-contingency collector?
Put simply, a contingency collector is only paid by the creditor/business owner once the company successfully recovers all or a portion of the unpaid funds.
What is a debt buyer?
An Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) firm that purchases delinquent or charged-off debts from a creditor for a discounted amount off face value, sometimes only pennies on the dollar. Upon purchase the buyer takes full ownership of the charged-off debt.
